Espresso blend
Espresso La Boheme

La Bohéme Espresso was designed in the La Bohéme Café laboratories with one direction in mind, to create one of the most enjoyable espresso blends in the world.
This espresso blend combines varieties of 100 % Arabica coffees from Latin, South America and Africa to create a well rounded, velvety full bodied espresso accompanied by a slight bouquet of fruits and nuts with a pleasant aftertaste of semi sweet chocolate.
This wonderfully smooth and absolutely delicious espresso will leave you wondering how you have lived your life without it!
We prepare this coffee as espresso, cappuccino or macchiato.
Single origin coffee
Single origin coffees are prepared in a french press, which is the best way to really enjoy their taste.
Brazil Fazenda Rainha
Fazenda Rainha belongs to the Carvalho Dias’ family since 1890. Gabriel de Carvalho Dias, nephew of the owner is responsible for managing the farm, which is located exactly on the boarder with the State of Minas Gerais, and has the characteristics of the mountainous regions of Mogiana and South Minas. Plantations are handled manually, because the local topography does not allow any type of mechanization. Fazenda Rainha continues to produce coffees of the Bourbon variety, famous for its exceptional quality. The work performed by Regina Helena Mello de Carvalho Dias and her family to produce distinct quality cups led the coffees produced at her farm to be one of the finalists of the Cup of Excellence Contests – 2000, 2001 and 2005 editions. Furthermore, the coffees produced in Fazenda Cachoeira, which also belongs to the Carvalho Dias family, were classified in the Cup of Excellence Contests of 1999, 2000, 2002, 2004 and 2005.
The coffee from Fazenda Rainha is extremely sweet and fruity with a nice texture and body. Think Daterra Sweet Collection without the almonds.
Bolivia Flor de Café San Ignacio
Mario Mamani Mamani and Raymundo Yanarico from the San Ignacio cooperative are both second generation coffee producers and together produced the winning coffee of Cup of Excellence 2007 with staggering score of 91.50 (Presidential Award) and final selling price of $21.10/lb. Their farm, covering five hectares, is located at 1550 meters above sea-level in the province of Caranavi, the heart of Bolivian coffee country. “We competed in the 2005 Competition and came in 11th place,” commented Raymundo. “We kept working to improve the quality and this year we won.”We are happy to offer you the new 2008/2009 crop from this CoE award winning Bolivian farm. The vacuum packed coffee has complex acidity, thick and smooth mouthfeel, with notes of caramel, apricot and tangerine. Enjoy!

La Bohéme Café - our coffee supplier
Our coffee supplier is La Bohéme Café, a company that imports and roasts some of the best single origin coffees from around the world into Central Europe. La Bohéme Café imports green coffee beans directly from selected farms and roasts them in their headquarters in Prague. This is how they can deliver good fresh coffee directly to their customers.
A very important aspect is that the company cooperates with farmers, importers and coffee experts during the coffee selection and following processing so that they can offer higher quality than conventional coffee producers. The motto of La Bohéme Café is simply "Coffee with origin".
