Wine
The wine in our cheerful selection makes it clear that it has been produced by people with hearts. People, who cultivate mostly small vineyards, choosing their own direction and who are interested in the quality of their work. Vine-growers, who have rejected modern chemical techniques in their vineyards and wine cellars and have decided to trust their experience and the strengths of the area where they live.
As a result these are wines which will speak to you about the places where they ripened; about the stones where the vines struggled to place their roots; about the sun and the rain. These are wines that have a personality as distinctive as their creators.
Some of these wines we can call organic, others natural or biodynamic. We don't care too much about the official classification. We would rather say that the wines that you are tasting are honest, natural and something special.

Spirits
A number of well-chosen spirits (Armagnac Castaredé VSOP 10, Dark Rum Zacapa 15 Aňos or Single Malt Whisky Glenmorangie 10y) supplement “home-made” fruit spirits from Zámecké sady Chrámce. Naturally, with a strong espresso we would recommend you a simple grappa.
Beer and cider
In case you would like something bitter, we have different types of bottled beer (including dark or non-alcoholic beer) from the family brewery Bernard. And if you prefer “fizzy apples”, we can offer cider from Mad Apple, the first Czech producer of this drink.
